Guidelines for Private Whois Domain Entry

(This form is not for domain registration transfers)

1. Please enter only one domain name per line.
2. Please list the complete domain name including the .COM, .NET, .ORG,.BIZ, .INFO,  extension.

For instance, if you are requesting 'Private Whois' registration of the domain name mydomain with each of the supported extensions including the Authorization code for .org, .biz, .info and .us,  this should be submitted as follows:

• mydomain.com
• mydomain.net
• mydomain.org - Q4MWKnqD (+ authorization code from your .org domain)
• mydomain.biz - QetHflgs (+ authorization code from your .biz domain)
• mydomain.info - VUNapUUY (+ authorization code from your .info domain)
• mydomain.us - xxBOwJpB (+ authorization code from your .us domain)

Please note that authorization codes must be included for the transfer of .org, .biz, .info, and .us domains.  See examples above.

How Does The Transfer Process Work?

1. Type the names you wish to transfer in the text box and provide payment information and press the "Submit My Registration Transfer" button.
2. Your acceptance of the Confirmation of Transfer acknowledges that the list of names is accurate and that you have the authority to request a domain name transfer for the list of domain names. It also authorizes Internet Planners to execute the transfer.
3. If you are requesting a transfer for .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO, .CN, .US,  domain names you will need to list the authorization code (also known as registry password) for each domain name. This information can be obtained from the losing registrar.
4. We will send an e-mail within 5 business days to the Administrative Contact of each domain as it appears in the registrar's WHOIS database. You can speed up the transfer process by replying promptly if you are the Administrative Contact or by asking the Administrative Contact to reply promptly.
5. We will execute the transfer command on each approved name and charge your account if the transfer is successful.
   
   Possible reasons we may be unable to process a name include, but are notlimited to:
   1. you are not the Registrant, Administrative Contact or Technical Contact;
   2. the domain has been registered less than 60 days;
   3. you did not provide the correct authorization code for the .BIZ/.INFO/.US/.CC domain;
   4. the Administrative Contact of the domain refused the transfer request;
   5. the domain is under dispute and has been placed on Registrar-Lock or Registrar-Hold;
6. It may take up to 5 additional days for the transfer to take place.
7. For your protection, we will not make any changes to the domain name record during the transfer process.
8. Transferring your name extends your registration by one (1) year from its current expiration date.
