cPanel Login to your web hosting domain control panel or webmail.

This is not the login for domain registrations. These logins are for active web hosting accounts only.

You can access your domain control panel by typing this in your Internet Explorer or other internet browser via: http://$yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace $yourdomain.com with your domain)

To access your webmail interface login via:
http://$yourdomain.com/webmail (replace $yourdomain.com with your domain)
Your user name for webmail is your full email address.

My cPanel does not work, it will not let me login
If you are unable to log into control panel is likely do to an incorrect password
or your password is the same (or part) as your user name.
Passwords cannot be the same as your user name or part of your user name.

If you have forgotten or need to reset your password for you cPanel login please
login to your client/billing area account here.

select 'My Hosting Packages'
select 'View Details'
It will show you the password for that domain control panel
If you want to enter a new password you may do so also.
This will change the password for your cPanel login
http://replace-with-your-domain.com/cpanel

My FTP password does not work, it will not let me login
If you are unable to log via ftp is likely do to an incorrect password
or your password is the same (or part) as your user name.
Make sure your FTP login hostname is: replace-with-your-domain.com
(you might have an old IP address as host name for FTP)
Please follow instructions for cPanel to reset the password.

Passwords for email accounts cannot be retrieved
Passwords for email accounts are reset/changed via the "Mail accounts".
Please login to your domain control panel (if needed, retrieve the user name and password first, see above).
http://$yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace $yourdomain.com with your domain)
Go to the "Mail Accounts."
It then gives you the option to change the password in case forgotten.
